Challenges & Successes: Community Recycling in Washington County

This is a free public forum hosted by the Weiser River Resource Council to discuss the Washington County recycling program and similar programs across the state of Idaho. Speakers will include Bill Brown, Chairman, Adams County Commission and Catherine Chertudi, Solid Waste Programs Manager, Boise Public Works Department.

The forum will feature an informative conversation about the advantages and disadvantages of recycling programs in the state of Idaho with a focus on the ongoing successes and challenges of the Evelyn Stover Recycling Center in Weiser. The forum is free and open to the public and will be held July 25, 6:00 PM at the Vendome Events Center, 309 State Street, Weiser, ID 83672.
